Polka Dot Evening

Hi everyone! In this blog I am going to play with my favorite print- Polka Dots. Depending on how you style them, they can be flirty and fun or chic and sophisticated. If you don’t own a piece with polka dots already, you are missing all the fun!

Look 1 : If you have any reservations against this print, start with something small. Here I am pairing a polka dot scarf with shorts and flats. I have kept everything neutral to make the scarf, the star of the outfit. The flirty structure of the shorts adds to the fun. Complete the outfit with you favorite flats. This outfit is perfect for shopping or running errands.

Look 2: In the second look, I am playing with prints by pairing a window pane print with polka dots. By keeping the color palette the same , the outfit comes together. Brighten up the monotones with some colored pumps. This outfit is perfect for movie night or dinner.

Look 3 : If you are looking for an outfit for brunch or any morning engagement, a polka dot dress is your answer. A polka dot dress can be flirty as well as sophisticated. This is my favorite outfit and I get a lot of compliments every time I wear it. Here I am pairing a polka dot midi dress with some heels and a bright lipstick to pull the look together.
